The homemade mochi they offered as a welcome treat was absolutely divine, the best I've ever tasted. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the onsen was top-notch. The staff even went out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

What an amazing little getaway that feels like traveling back in time! It's nestled in nature, with traditional settings and facilities. the hot baths are dreamy, especially the open, air bath. the service from the female attendants is very attentive and respectful. They even offer free drop, off service at the end of your stay. Two complementary facts offered , free coffee and tea at all times, and a laptop connected to the internet for your usage. It's located just a few minutes' walk from the bus station, information center, and the walking route's starting point.
Although the staff is respectful, the male attendants seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. the hotel's Wi, Fi is poor and not available in the rooms.

Beautiful Grounds and Delicious Food
The beautiful gardens and surrounding area of this hotel made for a picturesque and serene city break. The food was also delicious and presented very beautifully. It was nice to try traditional Japanese cuisine. the staff were friendly and willing to assist with any needs.
The main issue I encountered during my stay was the poor WiFi signal. It was practically non-existent in my room and only slightly better in public areas.
